For Zendesk's 15th birthday, we turned company history into a living, breathing hall of fame. Iconic milestones became collectible trading cards,each one a snapshot of the launches, stumbles, and saves that shaped the brand. We built an interactive microsite, the experience let employees and customers collect, trade, and time-travel through Zendesk's story. What started as an internal love letter grew into a global celebration, connecting teams across offices and sparking genuine nostalgia. The campaign drove strong internal engagement, with nearly 2,000 people voting for their favourite hall of fame moments. It extended beyond the company walls too, followers joined in through Instagram Story polls, turning a birthday into a brand moment. 2× Winner (Website) and 1× Shortlist (Branded Content) at the Lovie Awards.
