Juniper is a DTC healthcare brand helping people manage their weight through clinically-backed treatment and support. As the first design hire in the UK, I was embedded across the business from day one, shaping how the brand showed up beyond digital touchpoints. My work spanned the end-to-end unboxing experience,including packaging, printed materials, hardware, and merchandise, ensuring brand, product, and customer experience were fully aligned. I have also art directed for various social shoots, including one with Dr Hilary Jones. I also led Juniper’s first London Underground campaign, reaching 4M+ people and driving 1,500+ new customer starts, helping validate offline as a scalable growth channel.
